The week in Yercaud helped me discover parts of myself I had never explored — I climbed rocks, led group discussions, and even planted trees. I returned home feeling more confident, grounded, and inspired.

Meeting students from all over India was one of the best parts of the Omega Fellowship. Everyone had such different ideas and ways of thinking — it made our discussions really interesting. I learned to see things from new angles and understand how different people think. It was fun, eye-opening, and something I’ll always remember.

NRGF-Omega exceeded all my expectations. The program's unique combination of experiential learning and philosophical discussions provided a holistic approach to understanding leadership. Activities like the adventure obstacle courses taught me the importance of teamwork and resilience, while the readings and dialogues encouraged me to think critically about societal issues. The serene environment of the Yercaud camp and the camaraderie among peers made the experience unforgettable. I returned home with a renewed sense of purpose and clarity about my future aspirations.

Poonam Parmeshwar The Lexicon International School

Attending NRGF-Omega was a transformative experience. The blend of outdoor adventures like rock climbing and treks with deep discussions on leadership philosophies challenged me both physically and intellectually. Engaging with texts from thinkers like Plato and Rousseau during the 'Mind Over Matter' sessions broadened my perspective on leadership and ethics. The supportive environment and guidance from Aspen-certified moderators helped me discover my leadership style and boosted my confidence. This week at Yercaud was not just a camp; it was a journey into self-discovery and growth.
